Nicely placed hotel with a beautiful morning view of the hills from the window. Room was extremely spacious even for a family of 2+2. The staff were extremely warm, welcoming, hospitable, caring and eager to help.I stayed here in 2 spits at the start and end of my Ladakh trip. And I am very sure it would be the same place in future as well, provided they give me the same room.
The hotel offers awesome view of mountains. The staff is very supportive. They offer tasty breakfast and dinner. Tea is ok ok. They have closed balcony to sit and have tea. Enough parking spaces for vehicles. In front of ice hockey ground. The owner supported me in providing Wi-Fi dongle for work.
This is a value for money option in budget range hotels. Hospitable staff welcomes you on arrival, great view from all rooms, delicious food, travel assistance, walkable from market are the attributes that makes it desirable and it’s mostly full.
We stayed for 5 nights between 28th June to 6th July, 2021. In summary, we would like to rate perfect score of 10 out of 10 in terms of customer satisfaction. New Glacier View hotel has excellent location, good views of mountains from rooms, good food, hygienic, customer focus and personal care to mention some of salient points. The best part of the hotel is management’s focus on customer delight. This is very evident from Mr. Kyapo’ the owner’s vision and execution support of hotel managers Ms. Diskit and Mr. Sanjay.
